At Lumina IV, every item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Non-returnable items
As all our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

You ordered the wrong size or color

You changed your mind after purchase

The item has been used or washed

Approved Refunds
If your case qualifies for a refund or replacement (e.g. misprint, defect, or damage during shipping), we will either:

Do not return the item
Because we work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, please do not send your product back to us or the manufacturer unless we explicitly request it.
