Custom Design Orders

How does the custom design process work?

Once you purchase the Custom Design listing, we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours to discuss your idea. You can share any references, themes, text, or visual direction you’d like. We’ll then create a design based on your vision and send you a preview for approval.

Can I request changes to the design?

Yes! After we receive your idea, we’ll create two different concept proposals for you to choose from. Once you select your preferred concept, the price includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design. Our goal is to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final result.

What if I change my mind after placing the order?

Since custom designs require time and creative work, we don’t offer refunds once the design process has started. If you haven’t submitted your idea yet, you may cancel the order within 12 hours of purchase.

Can I use the custom design for commercial purposes?

This listing is for personal use only. If you’re interested in a commercial license or bulk order for resale, please contact us for a custom quote.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $4.75 USD, no matter where you are.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. For the best fit, compare it with a similar item you already own.

Will the colors match exactly what I see on my screen?

We work hard to make sure they do, but slight variations may happen due to differences in screen settings and the nature of the printing process.
